Wiggins, Bob Shuta, and I (of course) were at the upper pavilion at
Arnold
Park, sipping a few brews, and we got the bright idea to put 2 picnic tables

Wanted
to also mention Paul Waters; who was also a '65 grad; Paul is a Civil Engineer
and a partner in the firm Shumaker Civil Engineers located in Vestal;
Paul spent 13 mos in Vietnam shortly after high school and
saw a lot of action; he was fortunate to get out alive.
He and his wife, Linda, live in Apalachin,
NY
