I
often chat on the classmate .com site with Sandy Campbell Bob's older brother.
Maybe if we post something there we might fill in some blanks that is how
I
found Judy McMullen through Tom Ratliff class of '64.

I
think this is wonderful as I have not lived in New York since 1980.
I currently live in Wilmington, North Carolina with my husband Mike
Fussell (from
NC) and
my two children, Tim and Rhiannon, when they are not in college.
I am managing a QC Testing and Technical Staffing company
specializing in nuclear and fossil power facilities. Would love to get a reunion going…

We
all share a love of reminisinces and the spirit of the 65 camaraderie recaptured. Right now we have a virtual reunion site on the Web where
we've
captured
memories now and then on classmates as I'm sure Carren told you.
Hey, I've finally found my long lost partner in the Yearbook. You and I share the same row on the same page!

Talked
with Judy on July 11 on the telephone. Judy is the youngest of 5 siblings. Her
oldest sister is 20 years older than her. ( a 73 year old sister!) Lived in
Vestal
until Kindergarten.
Father moved to Florida with IBM. Since school systems were crummy
down there, he moved them back to Vestal in time to reacquaint with
Kindergarten
friends
(Sheryl Pfeiffer, Bob Marlett) during
her Freshman year.
After she divorced in 1975, she moved back to Florida. Hated those NY
winters. Moved to Wilmington 20 years ago in February 2000. Judy has a son,
22, and a
daughter,
21.
Lost her yearbook in a house fire so is recalling everything
without that crutch we others use!!

Judy
missed both reunions. The first because of a divorce and the second because
she was just starting up her business. Would love to have another reunion now.
Out of HS, she was thinking about an airline stewardess career, but
got married too fast, so never had a chance to fulfill that dream.
Airlines wouldn’t hire married stewardesses back then. So she
worked at GE in the Binghamton area for a while and then in a NY Mental
Hygiene
organization.
for 10 years.
In Wilmington NC, Judy and hubby started a company that supplies
specialized mechanical staff to high tech establishments (like nuclear power
plants)
She’s
been working that for 10 years.
She would like to retire from that job and open up a Beauty Booth.
She would rent the space, chair and equipment to someone while she collected
the rent!
